Returns & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

All original tags must remain attached.

Original packaging, dust bags, and included accessories must be returned.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be approved before merchandise is shipped back.

How to start a return

Email bougiebagsbysb@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for requesting a return.

We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible change-of-mind returns.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or materially misdescribed item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost where required by law.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
